Even though you have scheduled your move, there are few things to complete prior to move day. A successful move is based on communication and preparation.
7-10 days prior to your move, look for a Docusign style email with your quote, intended inventory, interstate Bill of Lading and other acknowledgments to be electronically signed. These must be completed at least 3 business days prior to the first day of service per Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations. If you have trouble accessing digitally and need an in-person review, please let us know in advance so we have time to come by in person prior to your move.
When you receive those documents, please review your contact information and move details for accuracy.

Since SeaCure is an interstate Agent for Bekins Van Lines, you may hear from a customer service coordinator in addition to your SeaCure planner and coordinator, who is also monitoring your move for quality assurance and success.
As you draw closer to the move, you may have made changes. Please communicate any major updates at least one week prior to moving date as this may affect planning, pricing and documentation.
